Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the price information sharing and smart shopping lifecycle platform services provided by Pryzeet (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Membership)

  • Users may register with an email address or social (Google) account.
  • Email registration requires completing a verification process before using the Service.
  • Users under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
  • Registration with false information may result in service restrictions.

Article 3 (Service Content)

Pryzeet provides the following services.

• Price information posting and sharing (online/offline product prices)

• Wishlist and price alert management

• Purchase history and ledger auto-recording

• Company salary information lookup (source: NPS public data, FSS DART)

• Medical non-covered cost information lookup (source: HIRA public data)

• Long-term care facility non-covered cost lookup (source: NHIS Long-term Care Insurance)

• Member messaging and bookmarking features

Article 4 (Member Obligations)

  • Account credentials are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
  • Members must not infringe on the rights of other users.
  • Members must not post false price information or false facts.
  • Members must not engage in acts that interfere with normal service operation.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

  • Collecting, storing, or disclosing others' personal information
  • Automated access such as crawling or scraping
  • Posting advertisements, spam, or repetitive content
  • Posting obscene material, hate speech, or illegal information
  • Infringing on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  • Violating applicable laws and regulations

Article 6 (Service Suspension & Changes)

The Service may be temporarily suspended or modified after prior notice due to operational or technical needs. In unavoidable circumstances where prior notice is not possible, notification will be provided after the fact.

Article 7 (Withdrawal & Disqualification)

  • Members may request withdrawal at any time from My Page.
  • Upon withdrawal, posts, comments, and other data will be deleted immediately.
  • Violation of prohibited acts may result in service restriction or account deletion without prior notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  • The accuracy of price information posted on the Service is not guaranteed.
  • The Service is not responsible for disputes arising between members.
  • The Service is not responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent court.
